As Senior Vice President and Senior Broker in CRC Group’s Houston, Texas office, Alicia Calhoun brings more than 25 years of experience delivering tailored casualty solutions for complex and hard-to-place risks. Her deep expertise spans industries including oil and gas, energy, renewable energy, and construction—anywhere clients need a strategic architect for risk.

Alicia is widely recognized for her technical mastery, innovative thinking, and ability to turn difficult placements into collaborative successes. She thrives on understanding each client’s unique exposures and crafting creative coverage strategies that align with underwriting discipline while advancing each insured’s protection goals.

Beyond the Office
Driven by curiosity and adventure, Alicia applies the same growth mindset outside of work. An avid scuba diver, she’s explored dive sites from the Galápagos Islands to the Red Sea and once completed a nine-day primitive survival challenge off the coast of Panama. A proud mother of four sons, she enjoys sharing her love for exploration and discovery with family, friends, and colleagues.
