Lance Ester joined the CRC team in September 2018 as a Property and Inland Marine Broker with the Houston, Texas office, where he strives to deliver the best possible solution for every client while building strong relationships with customers, carriers, and team members.
Lance earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from Texas A&M University before beginning his insurance career as an Underwriting Analyst with AmRisc, LP in 2015. He worked hard to develop expertise in the area of Technical and Manufacturing Risk and went on to join CHRONOS Underwriters in January 2018. During his tenure with CHRONOS Lance added experience in the Builder’s Risk arena to his skill set and obtained a Texas Property & Casualty License.
Known for a tireless work ethic that gets things done with efficiency, Lance played a vital role in the Houston team’s 2019 recognition as CRC Office of the Year. As a personable and collaborative partner, clients and team members alike appreciate his candor, down to earth personality, and dedication to helping the client win. Looking forward, Lance plans to help his office continue to grow into one of the industry’s top-performing teams.
Lance and his wife Maria call the Houston area home. He enjoys playing golf and earned the amateur title of Texas Public Links Champion in 2013. In his spare time, you’ll also find Lance enjoying the outdoors while hunting or fishing.
