Thadd Hodge is a Casualty Broker with CRC Group’s Dallas (Tollway), TX office. While he places accounts in all Casualty segments, Thadd focuses on Auto, GL & Excess for Energy, Construction, Contractors, and Trucking.
Thadd has more than two decades of industry experience and has been a key part of Team CRC since 2010. Prior to transitioning to CRC Group, he served as an Account Executive with AJG and as a Senior Sales Representative for an MGA. Known for responsive service, establishing thriving relationships, and clear communication, Thadd prides himself on always being there when an agent or insured needs assistance. He genuinely enjoys being a creative problem solver, meeting new people from both the retail and carrier sides of the business, and building relationships that help both sides of the equation win.
Thadd and his daughter call the Dallas area home. Outside the office you’ll often find Thadd volunteering with his local church, taking in live sporting and music events, or hiking.
