Linda Caruthers is a Senior Vice President and ExecPro Broker with CRC Group’s Minneapolis office where she manages a thriving book of Professional Lines business.
Linda has amassed more than 35 years of industry experience and is a trusted resource for brokers within the ExecPro Practice Group as well as the A&E and Miscellaneous E&O sub-specialty group. Known for creativity, thoroughness, a deep understanding of complicated professional liability exposures, and a sincere desire to help, Linda truly enjoys partnering with clients to find the best coverage solution to fit their unique risk profiles.
Across her career, Linda has remained steadfast in her commitment to giving back by building others up. She was a founding member and past president of the Upper Midwest PLUS chapter as well as a past president of the Minnesota Surplus Lines Association. Today, she invests in others by mentoring younger team members and helping guide their career trajectories. Linda also gives back to her community through support of Meals on Wheels, the Second Harvest Food Shelf, and Life Source, a nonprofit organization dedicated to saving lives through organ donation in the Upper Midwest, among others.
Linda and her husband make their home in the Minneapolis area. They are proud of raising two wonderful children who are also part of the insurance industry and enjoy spoiling their sweet granddaughter. Throughout the year you’ll find them enjoying weekends with family at their lake cabin.
