Eric was born and raised in Houston TX. After graduating high school he enlisted in the US Army where his dedication to honor and teamwork was further solidified. Upon separation from the military Eric moved to Colorado where he attended CU Boulder. 

In 2004 he Joined BBVA Compass Bank in the mortgage banking department and moved to a real estate consulting job in 2008. In 2014 he joined CRC as an inside broker. Over the past 8 years he has risen to Assistant Vice President and manages a casualty book of mostly energy and unsupported excess/umbrella risks. Eric was married in 2004 and remains happily married today. He has twin girls and enjoys golfing, fishing and spending time with family in his spare time.
