Adele Henderson

Adele Henderson is an Underwriter with CRC Group’s Charlotte office where she collaborates with brokers and agents to find the right insurance solution for each account.

Adele holds a Master of Public Health degree from UNC Chapel Hill and prior to joining CRC Group in October 2022, she served as a Quality Improvement Coordinator with Atrium Health and as a Community Health Partner for Cityblock Health, striving to provide access to social care for Medicaid recipients in the greater Charlotte area. Known as a supportive team player and efficient partner, Adele has the kind of analytical mindset and transferrable skills needed to excel in the underwriter role.

Adele and her husband Patrick make their home in the Charlotte area. An avid runner, Adele enjoys training and competing in races, including the New York marathon. Passionate about health equity and educational equity, she also spends time volunteering with Friends of the Children and the Brain Aneurysm Foundation.
