Andrew Grim is senior vice president within CRC Group’s National Construction Practice Group, bringing extensive expertise in casualty insurance solutions for the construction and real estate industries.

Based in Dallas, TX, Grim is pivotal in expanding CRC’s national reach, leveraging his deep knowledge of excess and surplus lines products and comprehensive consolidated insurance programs (CIPs, OCIPs, and CCIPs). With 15 years of experience in wholesale brokerage, he has a proven track record of driving practice group growth, developing innovative insurance products, and delivering tailored risk management solutions for complex construction projects.

Beyond his production expertise, Grim is widely recognized for his leadership in professional development and his commitment to advancing the insurance industry. His contributions have earned him industry accolades, including multiple recognitions in Insurance Business America’s Hot 100 and the prestigious Young Broker of the Year award. Most recently, Grim was recognized as a 2026 Top Specialist Wholesale Broker by Insurance Business America.
