ABOUT CONNOR

Connor Fahey is an Associate Broker with CRC Group’s Dallas, TX office.

He brings over five years of experience in the wholesale insurance industry and specializes in risk management solutions for construction and real estate clients. His ability to navigate complex risk exposures ensures that clients receive comprehensive coverage solutions while driving business growth and enhancing client relationships.

Connor holds a bachelor's degree in advertising and marketing from Indiana University and has earned the Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) certification from the International Risk Management Institute (IRMI). Before joining CRC Group in February 2024, he spent over five years at a leading insurance brokerage, where he advanced from a production assistant to a casualty broker specializing in construction placements.

Outside of work, Connor enjoys staying active through gym workouts, outdoor runs, and snowboarding, as well as attending sporting events and traveling with friends and family.

In 2025, the team added expertise in Dallas TX, Atlanta, GA, Nashville, TN and Phoenix AZ; now assuring a geographic footprint that aligns with their national clientele.

With a niche for individual or rolling CIP placements, and a variety of project specific or owners’ interest needs, the Aldrich team has substantial relationships with every meaningful construction market. In 2025, the team wrote project and WRAP policies encompassing more than $20B of construction values throughout the United States.
