Lexey Chapin is an Inside Broker at CRC, bringing more than 15 years of wholesale insurance experience to the organization. She joined CRC in early 2025 after spending 14 years at Brown & Riding, where she developed a strong foundation in market access, carrier relationships, and client advocacy. Lexey is committed to mentoring young insurance professionals and supporting their long-term success within the industry. She is recognized for her trusted relationships with leading carrier partners and her collaborative approach to delivering solutions for CRC’s retail partners. Outside of work, Lexey enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her husband and their two children.

With a niche for individual or rolling CIP placements, and a variety of project specific or owners’ interest needs, the Aldrich team has substantial relationships with every meaningful construction market. In 2025, the team wrote project and WRAP policies encompassing more than $20B of construction values throughout the United States.
