To become a CRC Group producer, please complete and attach the following 8 items. You will need to return these documents to our Agency Appointments Team.
Current copy of the agency's E&O COI or declaration page showing limits of at least $1M aggregate
Proof of Cyber Liability coverage
Current agency/agent license for the state of residence. For Florida, Georgia, and New Jersey Agents, both the agent and agency license must be submitted
Copies of licenses the agency may hold in any other state
