Holly May

Holly May is Office President and Broker with CRC Group's Houston, TX office where she collaborates with agents, insureds and colleagues to find the right solution for each unique risk.

Holly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Texas Tech University before joining Team CRC as an Associate Broker in 2001. After 7 1/2 years, Holly transitioned to take on various challenging roles in the insurance space before returning to CRC Group as a Broker in April 2019. Holly truly enjoys working with an amazing team and being part of an industry with countless opportunities to learn, grow, and expand your potential. Known for honesty and a sincere willingness to help others, clients and colleagues alike depend on Holly's straight-forward approach to solving problems and obtaining the coverage clients need to thrive. Her dedication to doing the right thing and putting her expertise to work for the good of each client also played an integral role in helping the Houston office win the 2021 Curtin Cup and Holly won CRC's Woman of the Year in 2025!

Holly is proud of building a thriving career across more than 24 years in the insurance industry, but she's even more proud of the family she's created with her husband Beau, son Parker, and bonus daughter Adrianna. Holly loves living life and you'll find her spending time with those she loves most - enjoying motorsports, auto shows and auctions, traveling, trying out a new recipe, or caring for her 4 dogs and cat.
