Tony Cugini

Tony Cugini joined the CRC team in 2019 as President of CRC Group's Houston Texas office, where he's responsible for leading a high performance team as they provide world class service and develop strong partnerships with retail agents.

Tony has amassed almost 20 years' experience in the insurance industry, servicing in various roles before taking on the role of Managing Director of Burns & Wilcox's Houston team in 2006. Building on a track record of steady success, he became Vice President of the same office in 2012, where he helped to build a staff of 50 that earned multiple awards along the way for revenue production and service. Tony truly enjoys establishing and nurturing lasting, trustworthy relationships with carriers and agents and driving continued business growth by successfully marketing new business and facilitating account renewals. He's also committed to hiring and mentoring young people, showing them all that the wholesale insurance space has to offer. Going forward, Tony has set his sights on building largest and most successful CRC Binding office in the organization.

Tony and his wife Sharon live in the Houston area, where they raised 3 wonderful children, Katie, Kelly, and Michael.
