ABOUT NIC

Nic McVay joined the CRC team in October 2019 as a Professional Liability Broker in the Dallas, Texas office, where he strives to build strong partnerships with retail agents and brokers, serving as an expert resource for a wide variety of professional liability risks.

Nic earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Financial Management and Insurance from the University of Arkansas in 2015 before beginning his insurance career as an Associate Broker with Burns & Wilcox. His product knowledge and commitment to exceptional service earned Nic promotion to the role of Lead Broker in 2017 and enabled him grow his book of business by 20% in the following year. He was also recognized with a Distinguished Service Award in 2018. While he holds a Property and Casualty license, Nic is constantly working to grow in expertise and is pursuing his RPLU designation. Nic enjoys working in the Professional Liability sector because he’s always building knowledge as he deals with diverse professions and digs into what clients do every day to evaluate and address all of the different risks involved. Going forward, Nic wants to keep building the thriving book of professional liability business managed by the Dallas team.
