Before joining CRC, Pearl's career began as a work-study student at Alexander & Alexander in Baltimore, MD, where she transitioned from a clerical role to a full-time position in the Casualty Department. Her journey continued with Insurance Brokerage Services, which later merged with Swett & Crawford, before moving to Dallas. Pearl is known for her positive attitude, efficiency, and ability to build strong relationships.
Pearl, and her husband Phil, make their home in the Dallas area. Her journey as a loving wife, dedicated mom to their son, Brandon, and joy as an aunt reflects Pearl’s deep commitment to family. Outside of work, she also enjoys travel adventures with Phil, family, and friends.
