Shawn Castiglione is a Broker Assistant with CRC Group's Dallas, TX (Tollway) office, where she is an integral part of the team.

Shawn holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from the University of Illinois, and brings a unique perspective to the insurance industry. She relies on exceptional problem-solving skills, timely responses, and effective communication to ensure each account benefits from excellent service and attention. Shawn's ability to ask insightful questions and cheerful demeanor are key strengths, allowing her to build strong relationships with clients and team members alike.
Before joining CRC Group in 2022, Shawn worked in the accounting industry, handling a range of IRS and regulatory responsibilities. Outside of her professional life, Shawn enjoys exploring new destinations and creating lasting memories through travel. A proud mom, her greatest joy is raising her son to be a well-balanced and open-minded person.
