Michelle Lykins is a seasoned Inside Broker with CRC Group’s Dallas, TX (Tollway) Office, where she specializes in Professional and Management Liability.

Michelle has been a part of the insurance industry and Team Robison for more than 20 years. Her passion for finding solutions and building deep expertise drives Michelle’s commitment to enhancing client service and fostering professional growth within her team. Known for meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and dedication to training and mentoring others, Michelle is proud of  her long-standing tenure with Team Robison as well as the life she’s built with her husband and son.

Outside of work, Michelle actively supports her son’s school and extracurricular activities, enjoying moments with her family.
