Matt Sease

Matt Sease joined the CRC team in November 2019 as a Commercial Underwriting Team Leader with the Houston, Texas office where he's responsible for expanding the contract binding unit by bringing in new agents.

Matt earned a Bachelor's degree in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Mississippi where he graduated first in the RMI program and was recognized with the Outstanding Risk Management/Insurance Student Award. After graduating in 2017, Matt began his insurance career as an Associate Broker with Burns & Wilcox where he specialized in Commercial Lines, facilitated new business overflow, and quoted renewals. Matt appreciates the industry's entrepreneurial spirit that drives him to get out and meet new agents, develop a top-performing team, and grow a thriving book of business. Matt is known as a collaborative partner and his team appreciates his positive attitude, adaptability, and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
