ABOUT MICHELLE

Michelle Carrion joined the CRC team in January 2020 as a Senior Team Leader Broker and Vice President with the New Orleans, Louisiana office where she's responsible for providing agents with competitive markets, world-class customer service, and the expertise needed to build a profitable book of business through strong industry partnerships.

Michelle is a licensed insurance agent and has been a part of the insurance industry for more than 25 years. Prior to joining CRC, Michelle served as the Underwriting Manager and Associate Vice President of the Personal Lines Department with Burns & Wilcox in Metairie. She achieved great success in creating markets, building company programs, and nurturing company relationships, empowering the Metairie office to become Burns & Wilcox's #1 Personal Lines office for 7 consecutive years. She is known for providing exceptional customer service, nurturing strong team relationships, and sharing industry knowledge and expertise to help clients and agents win. Michelle is proud of building a $17M book of business on a foundation of strong industry relationships. Her commitment to excellence has been recognized with Top New Business Producer, Presidents Circle, Million Dollar Club, and Chairman's Circle awards, among others. Looking forward, Michelle plans to attract new markets and top talent by building a thriving Personal Lines team in New Orleans.

Michelle and her husband Miguel live in the New Orleans area. They enjoy traveling, deep sea fishing, and soaking up family time with their sons Anthony and Frank while spoiling their beautiful granddaughter, Millie Grace.
