ABOUT

Amy Wilcox is a Marketing Assistant with CRC Group. She’s responsible for developing new strategies to actively engage with clients across digital platforms while maintaining a client-centered approach. She strives to strengthen organizational identity by creating new points of connection that highlight the team's purpose and core values within the insurance industry.

Amy attended the Rhode Island School of Design and UMass Amherst, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in art, specializing in developmental disabilities. Throughout college, Amy counseled children and young adults in a variety of settings with an art therapy focus. Before moving to New York City in 2013, Amy worked in Massachusetts as a Family Service Provider, where she created goal-oriented programs to serve each of her clients.

Amy joined the CRC team 3 years ago, and is committed to supporting producers, especially in finding every opportunity to show clients their value. Those she partners with know her to be creative, adaptable, and eager to take on new projects, no matter how big or small. She enjoys being a part of a diversely talented team, and values their collaborative efforts, making for an energetic environment in which everyone thrives.

Outside of work, Amy is passionate about photography, and enjoys spending her free time outdoors. She loves traveling abroad with friends, skiing in New England, playing volleyball, and hiking. She also volunteers with a dog fostering organization, and provides animals with a temporary home until they're adopted.
