Mark Maucere joined the CRC team in May 2020 as President of CRC’s Indianapolis, Indiana office, bringing 25 years of MGA experience to bear on the role. He’s responsible for building a high-performing team of producers that utilize a collaborative approach to meet client needs through timely service and access to market information and data analytics.
Mark’s insurance career began when he joined his father’s MGA operation, London American General Agency, in 1995. He went on to lead his own operation, WSIB Motorsports Insurance, for 15 years before joining the AmWINS Transportation Underwriters as a Senior Vice President. After investing 10 years with AmWINS, Mark continued to build on a track record of success, taking on the role of Vice President of Commercial Underwriting for Arlington/Roe in 2015.
During his career, Mark has earned a Master of Business Administration from National University and has been recognized with the AAMGA’s Earle Dillard Award for distinguished service while leading the association’s Marketing Committee. He is deeply passionate about leading and empowering teammates to reach their ultimate potential. While the business is always evolving, Mark excels at building the kind of lasting industry and team relationships that withstand challenges and help everyone win.
Outside the office, Mark enjoys giving back to his community as an Assistant Scoutmaster and member of the Knights of Columbus. He enjoys investing time in the scouting movement and watching scouts grow in life skills and leadership as they achieve scouting objectives.
Mark, his wife Kelly, and sons, Nick and Jack, live in the Indianapolis area. Nick is an Eagle Scout and Jack is a Life Scout working on his Eagle rank when he is not on the lacrosse fields. Both boys are passionate about music and their home is very often filled with musicians practicing their art. You’ll often find Mark cheering on the sidelines, helping the boys complete scouting projects, or spending free time with Kelly, owner of the nationally-recognized pie shop, My Sugar Pie.
