ABOUT

Karen Jacobson joined the CRC team in September 2020 as a Broker with CRC Group's Houston, Texas office.

Karen brings almost 20 years of industry experience to CRC. Before joining our team, she served as a Broker with RT Specialty where she focused on brokerage needs, including private equity business. Casualty was her favorite niche, especially product-related accounts like food manufacturing. An avid learner committed to professional excellence, Karen took the initiative to earn Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS), Energy Risk and Insurance Specialist (ERIS), and Transportation Risk and Insurance Professional (TRIP) designations.

Karen previously was a Vice President at Insurance Office of America. She invested 13 years on the retail side of the business, specializing in placing medical malpractice insurance, while also placing all other insurance lines for healthcare related businesses.

Known for persistence, insightful customer service, and a sincere desire to help clients, Karen helps her clients secure the most comprehensive insurance coverage at a competitive price.
