Lois Scaglione is a Senior Vice President and Casualty Broker with CRC Group’s Atlanta, GA office where she leverages extensive insurance expertise and strong industry relationships to meet client needs. 

Lois holds a Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA) designation and has amassed more than 25 years of Property & Casualty industry experience. Prior to joining CRC in October 2022, Lois held several positions within a retail brokerage firm focused on the needs of large, complex national professional sports accounts. She most recently served as the Vice President of Sports Property & Casualty for NFP Property and Casualty Services Inc., successfully managing all aspects of the NHL Casualty program for the league, its 32 member clubs, and their owned minor league clubs while also handling the insurance needs of several other well-known professional sports teams. A focused, strategic leader, Lois is known for providing high-quality service and going above and beyond to build the kind of lasting relationships that ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Lois and her husband William call the Port Washington, NY area home and are thrilled to have both their adult daughters nearby on Long Island.  Outside the office, you’ll find Lois enjoying a round of golf, getting in a Peloton class, or cooking a meal to enjoy around the table with family and friends.
