BIO

Paul Burge is a Broker with CRC Group’s Birmingham Professional (BHM Pro) team where he specializes in Cyber/Tech E&O and Management Liability. With nearly 15 years in the insurance industry and a Cyber Professional Liability Practitioner (CPLP) designation from PLUS, Paul brings extensive expertise to his clients, ensuring they benefit from the best possible solutions. He is passionate about problem-solving and helping agents secure business, which he finds fulfilling as each account brings unique challenges and learning opportunities across diverse industries. Paul’s commitment to integrity, transparency, and responsiveness has earned his team high praise from underwriters and retail partners.

Prior to joining Team CRC, Paul honed his skills at Gallagher, focusing on management & professional liability, and at Travelers, where he underwrote Cyber and Management Liability policies. An alumnus of The University of Mississippi with a BA in Risk Management and Insurance, he remains an enthusiastic Ole Miss football fan. Outside of work, Paul enjoys outdoor pursuits such as golfing, beach and lake outings, and spending time with his wife, Katie, and their two daughters.
