Based in Birmingham, Brandi Russell has been a committed member of Team CRC since 2003. Starting her journey in accounting, she transitioned to become an Inside Broker with the Birmingham Professional Team where she leverages her expertise to manage accounts, write new business, and support agents. Known for her attention to detail, efficiency, and deep understanding of CRC’s systems, Brandi is a valuable team player who loves helping others and building strong relationships.

Outside of work, Brandi is dedicated to her family and community. She and her husband, Phillip, have four children and a grandson, keeping them busy with sports and travel. Brandi also enjoys volunteering at her children’s school and community events.
