Erin Pelham is a Broker with CRC Group’s Birmingham, AL office.
Prior to joining Team CRC in January 2024, Erin served as Director of Claims & Litigation for Gallagher’s Healthcare Practice where she supervised a team of Litigation Managers and Claims Advocates for insureds across the Southeast. Erin and her team monitored the intake and oversight of a large volume of files annually, both claims and potential claims for Professional Liability, General Liability, and Employee Benefits Liability coverage for senior living insureds. They collaborated with outside counsel on defense of claims and resolution strategy. Erin also partnered with underwriters, producers, and loss control teams to develop effective risk management strategy, support new business growth, and retention of current business. Known for professionalism, thorough analysis, responsive service, and strong team leadership, Erin enjoys tackling tough problems, helping others, and mentoring newcomers to the industry.
Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Finance from the University of Florida as well as a Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest University. She is licensed through the Alabama Bar Association and maintains an Adjuster’s License in Alabama and Florida.
Erin, her husband Heath, and young son James make their home in the Birmingham area. Outside the office, you’ll find Erin volunteering with the local mobile food pantry and serving with the Junior League of Birmingham. She is also the Finance Director for Alpha Delta Pi-Gamma Iota House Corp., and a committee member for the Alabama Symphony Orchestra’s Symphony30. In her free time, Erin also enjoys traveling to new places, hosting friends and family for dinner, and visiting family in Florida.
