ABOUT CHRIS

Chris Livingston is a Senior Vice President and Property & Casualty Broker with CRC Group’s San Francisco office where he works to place challenging accounts, leveraging strong underwriting relationships and specialty markets to structure coverage that meets each insured’s needs. 

Chris has more than two decades of industry experience. Originally hired as a broker with Swett & Crawford in 2007, Chris has been a valued part of Team CRC for nearly 17 years. Known as a straight-shooter who is knowledgeable, responsive, and can get the job done for his clients, Chris truly enjoys deepening relationships with clients and actively developing new ones. His commitment to exceptional service and excellence have earned Chris consistent recognition as one of CRC’s Top Producers year after year. 

Chris maintains a diverse book of business, specializing in Property (All-Risk and DIC), Casualty, Auto, Pollution, XS, recall, Environmental, Habitational, and Life Science. On the property side, he focuses on large property placements including construction and specialization in habitational as well as catastrophe coverages such as DIC (EQ/FL). When it comes to casualty, Chris’s emphasis is on tough-to-place product risks, habitational, OL&T, life science, and healthcare accounts as well as construction and environmental. 

A native Californian, Chris holds a bachelor’s degree from UC Davis. Chris, his wife Liz, and two sons make their home in East Bay. In his free time, Chris enjoys coaching soccer and football for the boys as well as riding motocross and travelling with the family to explore new places.
