Kate Ann Gonta

Kate Ann Gonna joined the CRC team in July 2019 as a Broker Assistant with CRC Group's New York office, where she's responsible for supporting brokers while handling daily post-binding service and assisting agents or underwriters. Team members and partners depend on Kate Ann's exceptional work ethic, organization, and customer service skills to help keep business momentum moving forward.

Kate Ann earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Iona College before beginning her insurance career as a Technical Assistant with ARS-Latiff in 2014. After 2 years, Kate Ann moved to join Arthur J. Gallagher as a Client Service Manager, where she worked to cultivate and expand strong client relationships by resolving issues and marketing new and renewal business. Focused on professional excellence, Kate Ann has obtained a Property and Casualty license as well as a Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation. She appreciates that the industry offers endless opportunities to learn and grow as markets and risks evolve.

Kate Ann lives in the New York area. Outside the office, you'll find her practicing yoga, traveling, hiking, or spending time with friends and family.
