Senior Vice President
Gregg Godde is a Senior Vice President of CRC where Gregg serves as a Professional Services Director – Eastern Region for the organization. The Division places Management Liability and Professional insurance programs. Gregg’s is responsible for the Eastern Region of the division. His individual brokerage team consists of nine people placing some 42m in premium volume annually, all within the management liability and professional risks. His team also has a binding authority for an A+ rated carrier for management liability and professional risks. Gregg has some 23+ years in the insurance industry principally all within the professional risk coverages.
Gregg was previously with Colemont Insurance Brokers where he developed the Atlanta professional services team from ground up to over 30M in premium volume in less than 7 years. He was the National Practice Leader for the organization until he left and joined Swett in 2010. Prior to that Gregg was with AIG in varying roles, principally in the professional service areas but also had National Account responsibilities for all lines of coverage that AIG sold. Responsibilities were in excess of $800 million of premium volume annually and 200 +/- direct/indirect reports. Prior to AIG, Gregg was with Marsh where he was the Financial Services Manager/Vice President for one of their offices and also a regional technical resource for various products with in the professional/management liability coverage. Prior to that Gregg, was an underwriter for CIGNA. He has his BBA from The University of Texas at Austin and his MBA from Southern Methodist University.
