Alex Polkow is a Casualty Broker with CRC Group’s Chicago office.

Prior to joining Team CRC in July 2023, he spent 10 years as a Sales Manager with an engineering services & talent solutions company where he was responsible for producing and leading a sales team.  During his decade in sales, Alex was recognized with multiple awards for leadership and sales growth, including a 2022 MVP Award. Known for the ability to problem-solve and strong partnership skills, Alex is a lifelong learner who genuinely enjoys building lasting relationships with team members, clients, and other industry connections.

He holds a Bachelors degree in Communications & Business Administration from the University of Iowa. Alex, his wife Amy, and young son, Reilly, make their home in the greater Chicago area.
