Chris Jackson is an Underwriting Senior Team Leader with CRC Group’s Portland, ME office where he focuses on providing exceptional customer service to attract and retain transportation business.
Prior to joining Team CRC in December 2023, Chris served as a Senior Underwriter with XPT Specialty (previously W.E. Love) after initially joining the industry as a Claims Assistant in 2003. Across a tenure of more than 20 years, Chris’s commitment to excellence has been recognized with a 2016 Employee of the Year Award and a 2022 Producer of the Year Award from XPT Specialty. Known for outstanding service, a bias for action, and organization that keeps deals on track, Chris genuinely enjoys cultivating thriving relationships within the trucking sector and being part of a team that feels like family. Working with colleagues that cheer one another on, celebrate the wins, and help each other grow make the day both fun and rewarding.
Chris, his partner Brandy, and their 3 beautiful daughters – Trinity, Yasmine, and Calli, make their home in the Burlington, NC area. Raising independent, confident, and happy daughters keeps them busy, but Chris also enjoys a day on the golf course, attending sporting events or concerts, and traveling.
