Prior to joining Team CRC in April 2024, Alicia was a Trucking Underwriter with Great West Casualty. She also invested 7 years as an Inside Sales Associate and Personal Lines Underwriter with Travelers Insurance.

Alicia, her wife Giovanna, and their sweet daughter, Arlo, make their home in the Powell, TN area.
