Austin holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Business Management from Ohio University and has nearly 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Team CRC, he worked as a P&C Underwriter at JM Wilson, helping appointed agents and their clients. Known for his quick response time, accuracy, honesty, and straightforwardness, Austin enjoys the industry because it allows him to help protect the businesses and livelihoods of others.
Austin lives with his wife, Kayla, two children, Caden and Kinley, and dogs, Reginald and Bowser, on his 50-acre family farm. The family enjoys fishing, hunting, camping, and riding dirt bikes together. Austin gives back by volunteering at his local YMCA, coaching his son and daughter's soccer teams. He is also an active member of his church, participating with the safety team and various events throughout the year.
