Juliette has nearly two decades of insurance industry experience as well as CIC and CISR designations. In her role, she focuses on meeting production goals, building strong relationships with agents and carriers, and mentoring her team. Prior to joining Team CRC, she worked as a Transportation Underwriter at Jencap and in Property & Casualty on the retail agency side.

Respected for her accuracy, speed, and attention to detail, Juliette is known for her quick responses, deep industry knowledge, and commitment to excellence. She genuinely enjoys working in a leadership role where she can guide and support team development.
