Blair Perkins

Blair Perkins serves as a Senior Broker with Team RTP in Dallas, where she leads efforts to help agents place complex General Casualty accounts across the construction, energy, environmental, and manufacturing industries. With a background in Private Equity Finance and a J.D. from Duke University, Blair offers a unique edge — providing in-depth guidance on policy language and helping agents analyze and negotiate nuanced coverage terms. Since joining RTP in 2018, she has built a reputation for delivering technical insight and high-level service, supported by her coverage knowledge, CRIS designation, and a foundation in finance from the McCombs Business Honors Program at the University of Texas.

Recognized for her technical expertise and hands-on approach, Blair is known for her ability to demystify policy forms and deliver added value during every stage of placement. She specializes in challenging casualty risks, including tract home contractors; general contractors; crane and demolition accounts; heavy civil construction; industrial, refinery and energy contractors; unsupported excess towers; and pollution risks. 

Outside of the office, Blair is actively involved in the Junior League of Dallas and has a deep love for travel, having visited over 35 countries and lived abroad in both Australia and Sicily. She enjoys experiencing new cultures and cuisines, sharing wine with friends, and bringing a spirit of connection and curiosity to both her work and personal life.
