Stacey Newman

 

Stacey began her career as an underwriter in 1990 with The Hartford. After ten years in underwriting, she transitioned to CRC Property Group, where she has been a wholesaler for over 20 years. Her prior experience as an underwriter combined with her expertise as a wholesaler helps her create winning solutions for her clients. 

She concentrates on middle market and layered property accounts and is an expert in placing tough manufacturing classes (plastic, chemical, wood, poor protection), vacant buildings, schools, municipalities, and builder’s risks. Over 50% of Stacey’s business is in the wind and hail driven states of Oklahoma, Texas, and Kansas, where she specializes in property placements and wind hail deductible buy-backs.  She also assists her clients in placing California earthquake and hurricane-driven wind and flood coverage for “single shot locations” on larger schedules.
