I've been in the insurance industry since 1983, working for carriers, retail agencies and wholesale. As a wholesale broker, I'm responsible for marketing commercial property & casualty accounts which I find challenging and rewarding.

What sets our team apart is our approach. Anyone on our team can pick up an account if someone is out of the office, and assist. Our response time / customer service is key to our success. Each of us bring our own assets to the team, whether it's a special relationship with an underwriter, the knowledge of a particular class of business, or the way one interacts with certain agents.

Since working in different aspects of the industry (rating, underwriting, account manager, wholesale broker), I have a well rounded background and due to many years on the retail side, I'm detailed oriented and always respond promptly whether it's an agent or underwriter.
