Heather Radillo is a Vice President and Broker with CRC, responsible for brokering and marketing new business, ensuring renewals are re-marketed, and collaborating with her team to solve complex problems for clients. She specializes in GL, Umbrella, Property, Inland Marine, and EPLI, writing a broad range of policies from small business to large complex accounts.
Heather has held an insurance license since 1992 and has 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. She has invested 10 of those years with CRC Group. Prior to joining CRC, Heather gained tremendous insight into the wants and needs of agents by working on the agency side of the business, handling everything from sales, and service to marketing for 15 years.
She is recognized as a Top Performer by CRC, a significant achievement founded on her extensive product knowledge and tireless work ethic. Heather loves the thrill of writing new business, and it shows in her commitment to doing whatever it takes to meet the needs of clients. Colleagues and partners appreciate Heather's fun sense of humor, quick response time, deep knowledge of multiple sides of the business, and unique ability to solve problems in ways that let customers know she has their best at heart. Heather, her husband Tony, and much loved 12-lb. rescue maltipoo, Tank, live in the Mandeville, Louisiana area, where you'll often find her with a camera in hand as she practices photography. Heather is also an animal lover who would gladly take in more rescue animals if she could. When the weather is nice you'll also find the Radillos spending time at their camp in Mississippi, where Tank takes them on long walks through the woods.
