Julie Wagoner serves as an Underwriting Senior Team Leader with CRC Group’s Sumter, SC office.
Julie began her insurance career in 2000 with Southern Risk, before its acquisition by CRC in 2008. Passionate about her role, Julie handles new business underwriting and acts as a mentor within her team, emphasizing ongoing education to enhance service delivery. She holds multiple professional designations, including CPIW, DAE, CISR, CIC, and CRIS, and is currently pursuing the IRMI MLIS designation.
Outside of work, Julie is deeply involved in her community, serving on the board of Sumter United Ministries and participating in various church missions. She enjoys cooking, musical theater, and traveling. Julie and her husband of more than 25 years share their home with two rescue pets, Sky and Raymond, and cherish time spent with their extended family, especially their nieces and nephews.
