BIO

Erin Roche is an Account Executive with CRC Group’s Carmel, Indiana office where she strives to provide high-quality service to every client.

Erin joined Team CRC in early 2023 after gaining 5 years of insurance industry experience. Prior to joining CRC Group, Erin worked as a Commercial Lines Account Manager for Assured Partners. While at Assured, Erin collaborated with a team to provide accounts with proposals, quotes, important communication, and responsive customer service.

Erin appreciates working in the insurance industry because of the security it creates for clients. She loves helping people and providing them with a solution. While Erin continues to grow in her career, she is proud of her decision to leap into a new industry five years ago. Known for her attention to detail, resolution skills, and commitment to problem-solving, Erin truly enjoys empowering clients to overcome challenges.

Outside the office, Erin enjoys volunteering at her daughter’s school and relearning how to play the piano as well as camping, traveling, and hiking.
