ABOUT DOUGLAS

Doug Speicher is a Technical Assistant with the CRC Public Sector & Education (PS&E) Team, committed to expanding his insurance expertise to support his team and enhance client service. He holds a P&C Insurance Producer License and is pursuing additional certifications to strengthen his industry knowledge. Doug values CRC's supportive environment, where he tackles tasks that enable his team to serve clients with better focus and responsiveness.

Before joining CRC Group in July 2024, Doug worked as a Wealth Management Intern at the Northern Trust Company. Known for his strong work ethic, adaptability, and positive attitude, Doug is driven by his goal to eventually become a broker. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring Chicago with friends.
