ABOUT WILL

Will Nalty is a Property Broker with CRC Group’s Nashville, TN office.

Will joined CRC Group in August 2024, following a successful tenure as Director of Business Development at BenefitMall where he established National Contracts with top agencies to become preferred partners, and helped those agencies roll out consolidation efforts.

With his Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses and multiple degrees from the University of Kentucky, including a Masters in Leadership, Will leverages his expertise to provide exceptional value to Agents. Known for his swift responses and commitment to building strong relationships, Will is dedicated to offering cost-effective solutions and consistent service.

Will specializes in collaborating with Agents and Underwriters to manage new and renewal Property, Stock Throughput, and Builder’s Risk business. A former SEC football player, Will has a healthy sense of competition that underscores his dedication and drive.

Outside of work, Will enjoys playing a variety of sports, including golf. Will and his fiancé Summer moved to Franklin, TN where they call the area home.

 

ABOUT THE TEAM

Our team has demonstrated double digit growth in the Property brokerage segment for the past 6 years. We pride ourselves in partnering with our agents to provide the insured with the best insurance solutions in the industry. We work closely with the insured and agent to tailor an insurance program that meets the clients' needs. We actively involve the insurance carriers in the renewal discussions with our clients to build solid long-term partnerships. We believe this is a much needed approach as the insurance market changes and many carriers exit certain industry segments.


Placing You First.


We take the time to meet our key agents and insureds over the course of the policy period and don't treat the marketing and placement process as a once a year approach. We promote the Team / Partnership approach in all we do throughout the course of the year. If we need to get on a plane and meet an insured, get involved with an inspection or connect with an underwriter in London, we do just that.
