ABOUT WILL

Will Nalty is a Property Broker with CRC Group based in the firm’s Nashville, Tennessee market. He joined CRC Group in early 2023, following senior leadership roles within the organization, most notably serving as Director of Business Development across the majority of the country in the benefits division. That experience provided Will with executive-level exposure, national agency relationships, and a strong commercial foundation that he now applies to wholesale property placement. Since entering CRC’s Launch program, Will has distinguished himself as a top-performing member of his class, ranking among the top overall producers— contributing to what is recognized internally as the highest-revenue first-year Launch class to date.

Will specializes in placing and managing new and renewal Property, Stock Throughput, and Builders Risk business, working closely with retail agents and underwriters to secure competitive terms and efficient solutions. He holds licenses for Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance and has earned multiple degrees from the University of Kentucky, including a master’s degree in leadership. Known for his responsiveness, market relationships, and competitive approach to negotiation, Will is committed to delivering consistent value to his partners. A former SEC football player, he brings a disciplined, results-driven mindset to his work. Outside the office, Will enjoys golf and other competitive sports and resides in the Franklin, Tennessee area.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Our team has demonstrated double digit growth in the Property brokerage segment for the past 6 years. We pride ourselves in partnering with our agents to provide the insured with the best insurance solutions in the industry. We work closely with the insured and agent to tailor an insurance program that meets the clients' needs. We actively involve the insurance carriers in the renewal discussions with our clients to build solid long-term partnerships. We believe this is a much needed approach as the insurance market changes and many carriers exit certain industry segments.


Placing You First.


We take the time to meet our key agents and insureds over the course of the policy period and don't treat the marketing and placement process as a once a year approach. We promote the Team / Partnership approach in all we do throughout the course of the year. If we need to get on a plane and meet an insured, get involved with an inspection or connect with an underwriter in London, we do just that.
