Ron Bussey is a senior casualty insurance executive with more than 35 years of experience delivering results for complex and high stakes risk programs. As a leader of CRC Group’s Nashville casualty team, he drives strategic growth, advises clients on sophisticated risk transfer solutions, and builds durable partnerships with top carrier markets. Ron is known for structuring and placing large, complex casualty programs that help clients protect capital, control volatility, and confidently navigate today’s evolving risk environment.
Our team has demonstrated double digit growth in the Property brokerage segment for the past 6 years. We pride ourselves in partnering with our agents to provide the insured with the best insurance solutions in the industry. We work closely with the insured and agent to tailor an insurance program that meets the clients' needs. We actively involve the insurance carriers in the renewal discussions with our clients to build solid long-term partnerships. We believe this is a much needed approach as the insurance market changes and many carriers exit certain industry segments.
Placing You First.
We take the time to meet our key agents and insureds over the course of the policy period and don't treat the marketing and placement process as a once a year approach. We promote the Team / Partnership approach in all we do throughout the course of the year. If we need to get on a plane and meet an insured, get involved with an inspection or connect with an underwriter in London, we do just that.
