ABOUT SHANNON

Shannon joined CRC Group’s Nashville office as an Inside Broker in January 2026, bringing extensive experience in the commercial property and casualty insurance industry from her time with one of CRC's Retail Partners. Her background includes managing complex new and renewal business, developing carrier submissions, negotiating coverage and pricing, and collaborating across teams to build strong solutions for clients. She holds the CIC and CRM Designations and is passionate about mentorship, continuous learning, and process improvement. Outside the office, Shannon enjoys reading and spending time with her family, especially her three-year-old son and her husband, who is retired from accomplished careers in law enforcement and the military. They recently relocated to the South Nashville area from KY and are all very excited about the chapter ahead!

ABOUT THE TEAM

Our team has demonstrated double digit growth in the Property brokerage segment for the past 6 years. We pride ourselves in partnering with our agents to provide the insured with the best insurance solutions in the industry. We work closely with the insured and agent to tailor an insurance program that meets the clients' needs. We actively involve the insurance carriers in the renewal discussions with our clients to build solid long-term partnerships. We believe this is a much needed approach as the insurance market changes and many carriers exit certain industry segments.


Placing You First.


We take the time to meet our key agents and insureds over the course of the policy period and don't treat the marketing and placement process as a once a year approach. We promote the Team / Partnership approach in all we do throughout the course of the year. If we need to get on a plane and meet an insured, get involved with an inspection or connect with an underwriter in London, we do just that.
