ABOUT BUMPER

Bumper Pool is a Casualty Broker in CRC Group’s Franklin, Tennessee office, where he supports a large property team with casualty placements and grows a focused book in construction, products, and energy. Known for his strong industry relationships and commitment to helping agents win, he prioritizes providing the best coverage options and competitive solutions for insureds. Before joining CRC through its acquisition of Risk Transfer Partners in 2025, Bumper earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas.

A former three-time Second Team All-SEC linebacker for Arkansas, Bumper brings the same competitiveness and discipline to his brokerage career. He previously signed with the Carolina Panthers and played for the Michigan Panthers in the UFL before transitioning into the insurance industry in 2024. Recognized for being hardworking, process-driven, and relationship-focused, he aims to grow his book to $1 million and build his own casualty team. Outside of work, Bumper enjoys golfing, attending sporting events, and spending time with his dog, Moon.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Our team has demonstrated double digit growth in the Property brokerage segment for the past 6 years. We pride ourselves in partnering with our agents to provide the insured with the best insurance solutions in the industry. We work closely with the insured and agent to tailor an insurance program that meets the clients' needs. We actively involve the insurance carriers in the renewal discussions with our clients to build solid long-term partnerships. We believe this is a much needed approach as the insurance market changes and many carriers exit certain industry segments.


Placing You First.


We take the time to meet our key agents and insureds over the course of the policy period and don't treat the marketing and placement process as a once a year approach. We promote the Team / Partnership approach in all we do throughout the course of the year. If we need to get on a plane and meet an insured, get involved with an inspection or connect with an underwriter in London, we do just that.
