Luke Marczak serves as a Broker Assistant with the CRC Public Sector & Education (PS&E) Team, where he is dedicated to streamlining operations and enhancing team efficiency. With responsibilities that include handling compliance filings, preparing client documents, and developing operational tools, Luke ensures that every client receives reliable, top-notch service. His role supports CRC’s commitment to client-centric service by maintaining compliance and fostering long-term client relationships. His background in underwriting for high-rise buildings in New York City, combined with his entrepreneurial drive, has provided Luke with a strong foundation in risk management and brokerage.

A University of South Carolina graduate, Luke is passionate about professional growth and is committed to continuous learning within the insurance industry. He values collaboration and believes in enhancing workflows through open dialogue and innovation. Outside of his career, Luke actively contributes to youth sports as the head coach of a fifth-grade basketball team. He enjoys sports both as a player and a spectator and appreciates the life skills and friendships cultivated through athletics.
