ABOUT MEGHAN

Meghan joins CRC’s Team STRATis as a property broker. With over fifteen years’ experience, her background includes retail and facultative brokerage, and most recently facility and treaty underwriting. Through each experience, Meghan’s priority has been to anticipate and articulate client needs, while collaborating with capital providers to develop constructive solutions to facilitate positive outcomes.

Meghan joins us from Aspen Re America, CT, where her primary responsibility was the growth and development of their property facultative reinsurance facility product in coordination with treaty underwriting and broadening client relationships.

Prior to Aspen, Meghan worked at Aon in Chicago, where she was Senior Managing Director of the P&C Facultative Solutions team and before that, the Midwest, West and Bermuda region property facultative team manager.

Before moving to reinsurance, Meghan worked as a retail property broker for the National Account teams at Aon and Willis. Meghan’s training in the business includes secondments in Bermuda and London. She has been named one of the Intelligent Insurer’s ‘5 Women to Watch’ and Reactions’ ‘Rising Stars.’ Meghan has a BA in Economics from Loyola University Chicago and general certificate from the London School of Economics.

Meghan will largely be working for CRC remotely, from her home base of Old Lyme, CT where she lives with her husband Ben and three children. She most enjoys early mornings with her kids, practicing yoga and taking her dog, Eli, for walks along the shoreline.

Meghan is thrilled to be part of CRC and Team STRATis and looks forward to helping grow the team and help our clients for years to come.
