Ross Thomas

Ross is a Property Broker and Assistant Vice President on CRC Group’s Team Stratis. He joined CRC in 2022 but began his insurance career in 2017 in the retail brokerage space, where he built a strong foundation in client advocacy and coverage strategy. Ross values the essential role insurance plays as a form of “invisible infrastructure” — helping businesses, governments, educational institutions, and other organizations recover and continue operating after adverse events. He is deeply appreciative of the collaborative spirit within the industry and believes that the best outcomes are achieved when partners work together. Known for being responsive, attentive, and solutions-focused, Ross makes it a priority to ensure clients and trading partners know he has their back.

Ross earned a Risk Management and Insurance Degree from the University of Georgia in 2011. A Georgia native from Dunwoody, Ross now resides in Roswell with his wife, their young son, and a big white Goldendoodle — each cuter than the other. Outside the office, he enjoys baking desserts, reading novels (especially sci-fi), and fishing.
