ABOUT KAYLEY

Kayley Oshan is an Associate Broker and Client Relations Manager with CRC Group. As an Associate Broker she supports key brokers with placement of new and renewal business, as well as tending to the daily needs of each unique placement. As the Client Relations Manager, she’s responsible for all aspects of acquiring and maintaining client relationships through the production of marketing materials, planning of team and client events, team branding, and social media management.

Kayley graduated from Hofstra University in 2007, having earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. She’s been working in the insurance industry for 10 years, and has spent 6.5 of those years with CRC. Prior to working in insurance Kayley worked as a corporate event planner, then took some time to travel internationally, and went back to school to get her broker’s license upon return. Kayley joined Swett and Crawford in 2012 as a Technical Assistant, and then became a Production Assistant in 2014. When Swett and Crawford merged with CRC in 2016, Kayley moved into the Account Executive position. Kayley continued to flourish and took on the responsibility of Account Executive in 2018. She’s passionate about finding creative solutions to satisfy client needs and spreading the word about the team’s collaborative dynamic and innovative portfolio in the pursuit of helping others.

Kayley’s proud of the fundamental role she’s played in the creation and branding of her team. Her current client relations position has allowed her to do something she’s always wanted to do - incorporate a passion for creativity and the arts with the business and corporate side of the insurance world. She truly loves her job and appreciates that her role makes room for expression and a little fun! Teammates and clients appreciate her ability to keep the big picture in mind and apply ingenuity to all areas of her work with attention to detail and uncommon patience.

Kayley grew up on the South Shore of Long Island, and currently resides in Brooklyn. When she’s not working, Kayley enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, trying new local restaurants, and live music. You’ll find her staying active through yoga, Pilates, and cycling. She enjoys the outdoors and checked an item off her bucket list by hiking the Grand Canyon last year. Her love for the arts also drives her to explore Manhattan and Brooklyn in search of inspiration for her newest hobby, photography.
