ABOUT RICHA

Richa Niblett joined the CRC team in January 2021 as an Inside Property Broker with CRC Group’s Atlanta, Georgia office, where she’s responsible for supporting producers and marketing accounts.

Richa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Insurance and Risk Management from the University of Georgia before joining Marsh’s Talent Recruitment and Accelerated Careers (TRAC) Program in 2014. Committed to growing in expertise, Richa also obtained both a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation during her tenure with Marsh. After 5 years as a Property Placement Specialist with Marsh, Richa made the leap to Brit Insurance in 2019 where she worked on the underwriting side as an Assistant Vice President. Known for staying organized, providing clear communication, and effectively collaborating with colleagues to meet client needs, Richa is an invaluable member of the Atlanta team. Partners and peers appreciate Richa’s passion for truly getting to know people beyond their insurance roles and investing in the success of others by mentoring new team members as they launch their insurance careers.

Richa, and her fiancé, Keith call the Atlanta area home. Outside the office, Richa enjoys being outdoors, hiking, traveling, and enjoying great food and wine with family or friends.
