Richa Niblett

Richa is a Property Broker and Vice President on CRC's Team Stratis. She joined CRC in 2020 but started her insurance career in 2014 at Marsh, where she completed the company’s TRAC (Talent Recruitment and Accelerated Careers) program during her first two years. After five years at Marsh, she transitioned to E&S underwriting with BRIT US, gaining valuable carrier-side perspective over two years. She also holds both ARM and CPCU designations, further reflecting her commitment to professional excellence. Having worked on multiple sides of the business, Richa believes relationships run especially deep in the wholesale property space. She values the unique balance of protecting carrier partners while achieving meaningful results for clients. While it can be a challenging dynamic, she finds it incredibly rewarding when both sides succeed.

Richa graduated from the University of Georgia in 2014 with a Risk Management and Insurance Degree. Originally from Forsyth, Georgia, she now lives in Roswell with her husband, their daughter Lawson, and their yellow lab, Lucy. Outside of work, Richa enjoys spending time outdoors –whether it’s long walks in the neighborhood or by the river, playing in the yard, or making memories with family who live just across the street.
